Same here :)

Well, one of them, anyway. I like so many different cars - but 1950s america, and especially Cadillacs from that time, are certainly one of my favourite category. I actually went to a gigantic american car meet a couple of weeks ago (hence me not replying to your comments any sooner, I only just got back from my holiday) and any thirst to finally see a load of these cars in the flesh (which doesn't happen very often seeing as I live in europe - that sort of car is quite rare here) and certainly got happy when I saw my absolute favourite of all old american cars, in perfect condition, in my favourite colour for it...

Whoops sorry for the life story lol - to answer your questions:
I use coloured pencils, yes - though no specific type. I've amassed a bit of a collection over years of people giving them to me for christmas (and me politely trying to say that I really do have enough of them every year) , some are better quality than others but most of all I tend to just choose whichever one closest matches the colour I have in mind at the time.
Paper? So far I've just been using bog-standard paper, the kind you'd put in a computer printer for example. September onwards though, once I've used up the last few sheets of that I have I'll move onto a sheet of drawing paper I was given and see if that is any better.

I always thought it had something to do with the fuel, a modification so the engine could run on "slither guano" (or dino dung), since in the future of Cadillacs and Dinosaurs there is no gasoline.

Yeah that makes sense - I bet that's what they're for.
